Your Contrast Therapy session includes up to 50mins of self-care, allowing you to move between our traditional sauna, bucket shower & ice bath as you please. Alternating between the hot and cold temperatures will improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness & inflammation, as well as enhancing your skin health.
