• Please let us know if you are running late.
• Remove skincare/makeup products for the best results during your treatments.
• Keep your valuables in our lockers, we recommend leaving your jewellery at home or stored in your locker prior to treatment. 
• Wear a bathing suit, swimwear or loose fitting clothing.
• Silence any electronic devices, or leave them in your locker to ensure full relaxation for you and other clients.

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow for preparation. Failure to arrive on time, may see treatment time shortened.

We recommend you arrive in loose, comfortable and suitable clothing to wear in your treatment and after your treatment is complete.

We will provide you with a robe for some of the treatments. You have the choice to wear swimwear. If your booked treatment requires full or partial nudity, you will be given time to undress before the treatment starts.

If you are pregnant, please let us know when you book as some treatments are not recommended for women in their first trimester and some facial treatments (including LED) are not recommended whilst pregnant. Please consult your physician before attending any appointments within our studio.
